REGULATIONS

1: The Carquefou 10 km are organized on Sunday February 23, 2025 by Le Carquefou Athlétique Club, a club affiliated with the French Athletics Federation. An event reserved for adults from 2009, the 10 km labeled “Regional”, classifying and qualifying for the French Championship with pace leaders (40',45' and 50') to allow runners to achieve their objective . 3 races reserved for young people per age category.

Reception will be at the Stade du Moulin Boisseau site, route du Moulin Boisseau in Carquefou. Car parking will be provided in the car parks near the Boisseau mill. Signage will be in place. Changing rooms, showers and lockers will be available to runners.
Art3: Commitments – Collection of bibs
Entries are free for races reserved for young people. For the 10 km the price is set at €13 for FFA licensees and €17 for others. Entries must be made in the weeks preceding the event, online on the website (www.timepulse.run)
The races are open to all people born before 2015, FFA licensed or not. Competitors with sticks are not admitted. For non-FFA licensees, entry is possible against the provision of a certificate (timepulse site) indicating that the person has completed the Health Prevention Course (or “PPS”) put in place. placed by the FFA via its dedicated platform. To be valid, the PPS must have been completed a maximum of three months before the date of the event for which the person wishes to register. Foreigners must also establish a PPS for their participation Note: The presentation of medical certificates is no longer accepted. No commitment will be possible without the provision of this certificate.
For others, FFA competition, running, business licensees, the provision of the license up to date on the date of the event is obligatory (time pulse site).
No registrations on site for the 10 km. No registration by telephone. Any incomplete registration will be refused. No refund in case of withdrawal.
Bibs will be collected on Sunday morning from 8:30 a.m. or on Saturday 2 from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. ……………….. They will be handed out individually upon presentation of an identity document. Closing of the secretariat, half an hour before each departure.
The bibs must be pinned to the front of the jersey at chest height and be visible in their entirety.
Any runner without a bib will be stopped by the race marshals on the course.

Art 4: Tests
10 km circuit: Departure at 10:30 a.m. Regional label for classification and qualification. Attention ! The starting line is 400 m from the secretariat. 3 loops to be completed on the road.
. Refreshments at 4.4 km and at the finish.
Youth circuits: 12:00 p.m., departure and arrival on the track at the Moulin Boisseau stadium; 1 loop of 1.4 km for the 10/11 year old category (no timing for chicks); 2 loops for the 12/13 year old category and 3 loops for the 14/15 year old category.

Art 5: Rankings and Rewards
The rankings will be displayed on site and broadcast on the TimePulse website or the next day at the latest on the FFA website www.athle.fr. (no timing for chicks).
On arrival a prize will be given to each runner. Awards ceremony at 11:30 a.m. for the 10 km. Prizes (€200, €150, €100) for the first three men and women and RunAventure vouchers for records in the 10 km (M 29'41 and F 34'49) . The 1st cadet, junior, hopeful, senior, MO and M1 men and women without accumulation will be rewarded. Presence of the runner obligatory.

Art 6: Security
Any practice of physical and sporting activity can cause health risks, know how to moderate your efforts. Beyond 1 hour 15 minutes of racing, for road traffic reasons, any competitor will be excluded from the race and not classified.

Art 7: Liability Insurance.
The organizer is covered by liability insurance taken out with the FFA, FFA licensed riders benefit from the guarantees granted by the insurance linked to their license. It is the responsibility of other participants to take out personal insurance. The organizer disclaims all liability in the event of theft or loss of personal effects during the event. In the event of force majeure, natural disaster or any other circumstance endangering the safety of competitors, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event without competitors being able to claim any reimbursement.

Art 8 Rights
In accordance with the “and freedoms” law, each participant can object to computer processing concerning them and has a right of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning them.
Image rights: any competitor authorizes the organizer and its partners to use the still or audiovisual images in which they appear.

Art 9 Competitors undertake, by the sole fact of their registration, to comply with all the provisions of these regulations.

Carquefou adventure run store, Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. and until 10 a.m. at the Moulin Boisseau stadium
