The first partial results of the presidential elections of November 24, the first round of voting, were published on the website presensa.roaep.ro. In first place is the PSD candidate Marcel Ciolacu, followed by Călin Georgescu, Elena Lasconi and George Simion. 14 candidates were on the ballots.

UPDATE 02.05 The difference between Lasconi and Ciolacu decreases. After the centralization of the votes from 95% of the wards, Călin Georgescu has 22.16% of the votes, Marcel Ciolacu – 20.34%, and Elena Lasconi has 17.88%.
In the diaspora, Georgescu's percentage is increasing. The independent candidate has 39.47% of the votes, compared to 28.4% for Lasconi. The data comes after the centralization of votes from 60.8% of the wards.
UPDATE 01.30 The difference between the candidates in the first two places increases, after the centralization of votes from 93.3% of the wards. Călin Georgescu has 22.1% of the votes, while Marcel Ciolacu obtained a score of 20.67%. Elena Lasconi's percentage also increases, to 17.35%.
Georgescu also wins in the diaspora, where he has 38.83% of the votes, after the centralization of the minutes from 48.9% of the wards. Elena Lasconi is in 2nd place, with 28.5% of the votes.

UPDATE 01.12 The partial results of the elections for the President of Romania on November 24, 2024, centralized until 00:00: Out of 19,919 polling stations (country and abroad), the data from 1,002 polling stations were centralized, representing 5.03%.
- Marcel Ciolacu obtained 71,583 validly cast votes, representing 21.64% of the total validly cast votes;
- Călin Georgescu obtained 66,109 validly cast votes, representing 19.98% of the total validly cast votes;
- Elena Lasconi obtained 56,754 validly cast votes, representing 17.16% of the total validly cast votes;
- George Simion obtained 44,629 validly cast votes, representing 13.49% of the total validly cast votes;
- Hunor Kelemen obtained 28,282 validly cast votes, representing 8.55% of the total validly cast votes;
- Nicolae Ciucă obtained 26,283 validly cast votes, representing 7.95% of the total validly cast votes;
- Mircea Geoană obtained 20,266 validly cast votes, representing 6.13% of the total validly cast votes;
- Cristian Diaconescu obtained 9,856 validly cast votes, representing 2.98% of the total validly cast votes;
- Cristian Terheș obtained 3,531 validly cast votes, representing 1.07% of the total validly cast votes;
- Ana Birchall obtained 1,385 validly cast votes, representing 0.42% of the total validly cast votes;
- Ludovic Orban obtained 727 validly cast votes, representing 0.22% of the total validly cast votes;
- Alexandra Bertalan Păcuraru obtained 558 validly cast votes, representing 0.17% of the total validly cast votes;
- Sebastian Popescu obtained 485 validly cast votes, representing 0.15% of the total validly cast votes;
- Silviu Predoiu obtained 350 validly cast votes, representing 0.11% of the total validly cast votes;
UPDATE 00.39 After the centralization of the votes from 89.27% of the wards, Călin Georgescu is in first place, with 21.99% of the votes, followed by Marcel Ciolacu, with 21.34%.
Elena Lasconi's percentage increased to 16.34%, and George Simion has 14.55%.
Nicolae Ciucă is in 5th place, with 9.43% of the votes.
Călin Georgescu took first place in the diaspora, with 32.44% of the votes, and Elena Lasconi dropped to second place, with 31.47%, after the centralization of 27.47% of the minutes.
In all sectors of the Capital, Elena Lasconi is in first place.
UPDATE 23.33 After the centralization of the votes from 81% of the polling stations, Călin Georgescu (22.1%) passed in front of Marcel Ciolacu (22.08%).
Elena Lasconi climbs to third place, with 15.04% of the votes.
UPDATE 23.33. The first polling stations in Bucharest centralized the results. In all the sectors of the Capital that centralized minutes, Elena Lasconi is in first place. In second place is either Marcel Ciolacu or Călin Georgescu, depending on the sector.
UPDATE 23.30 The votes from more than 76% of the wards were centralized. Marcel Ciolacu has 22.27% of the votes, Călin Georgescu – 22.11%.
George Simion remains in third place, with 15.01% of the votes, while Elena Lasconi's percentage increases to 14.7%.
In the diaspora, after the centralization of 10% of the minutes, Elena Lasconi remains in first place, with 34.81%, and in second place is Călin Georgescu, with 23.85% of the votes. Marcel Ciolacu is only in 6th place.
UPDATE 23.04. After the centralization of the votes from 66.88% of the polling stations, Marcel Ciolacu is almost equal with Călin Georgescu – 22.6% of the votes compared to 22.1%.
George Simion has 15.25% of the votes, and Elena Lasconi – 13.91%.
UPDATE 22.46. More than 56% of minutes from small towns with wards with few voters were centralized. The result is the same: Marcel Ciolacu in first place, Călin Georgescu in second place.
UPDATE 22.36. Abroad, Elena Lasconi is in first place, with 43% of the votes, followed by Călin Georgescu and Mircea Geoană. The results are presented after the centralization of 6% of the minutes.
Original news: After centralizing 35% of minutes, Marcel Ciolacu (PSD) is in first place, with 23.46%. The independent Călin Georgescu follows, with 21.43%, George Simion – 15.67%, Elena Lasconi, 11.68%, Nicolae Ciucă – 10.04% and Kelemen Hunor – 10%.
However, we are talking about small polling stations, where votes are centralized the fastest.
The exit polls after leaving the polls show a different result: they give Marcel Ciolacu the winner, with 24.6% of the votes, while the fight for the final in the 2nd round is between Elena Lasconi, who obtained 18, 2%, and Călin Georgescu, the surprise candidate in third place, with 16.5% of the votes.
Voter turnout was 52.52%. 9,459,169 voters from the country and 815,784 from abroad voted.
