star Ingo Zamperoni: This is how he started his television career

Ingo Zamperoni can now look back on a long career in television. The German-Italian, born in 1974, gained his first radio experience after graduating from high school, working in community service at Radio Klinikfunk in Wiesbaden. This was followed by studies in American studies, law and history in Konstanz – and then editorial training at NDR. He then worked as a reporter at NDR before gaining his first experience as a presenter on formats such as “NDR aktuell” and “Weltbilder”. The start of a steep career on TV!

Ingo Zamperoni moderated the Tagesthemen from 2012 and later moved to the ARD studio in Washington as a correspondent. In 2016 he returned to daily topics. He moderates here on a weekly basis, alternating with other presenters. But it’s not just the news that’s now his domicile: Ingo Zamperoni has also appeared in other shows. He was seen, among other things, on the SWR program “I have a big name”, he moderated “The 100 – What Moves Germany” and “The Citizens’ Parliament”. Now he’s also venturing into the guessing chair on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” – and trying to earn as much money as possible alongside Bushido, Cindy from Marzahn and Ralf Schmitz. Will he succeed?

Is Ingo Zamperoni married? THIS is the TV star’s wife!

His fingers are crossed – and certainly those of his wife too: Ingo Zamperoni is married to the American Jennifer Bourguignon. According to a report by Cosmopolitan, the two met while Ingo Zamperoni was working as a foreign correspondent in America.

The couple now has three children together. Ingo Zamperoni and his wife occasionally appear together in public – and the two have also been heard together on the podcast “America, we have to talk”. The trips to America not only brought Zamperoni his family, but also a broad knowledge of the USA, which he was able to use in several documentaries. “Trump, my American family and I” was published in 2020, “Trump, Biden, my US family and I” in autumn 2022.

Ingo Zamperoni’s fortune: This is how much money the “Tagesthemen” star supposedly has!

Only one question remains unanswered: Has Ingo Zamperoni already become rich with his TV skills and his presence on television? Many fans wonder what their favorite celebrities actually earn and have in their accounts. First of all: Of course, only the stars themselves know how much they earn and what assets they have. But: There are estimates circulating online about many stars, including Zamperoni! The website “dasvermoegen.com” states that Zamperoni’s assets are estimated at around 1.5 million euros.

There are also estimates as to how much heTopics of the day“actually deserved. The reason: Years ago, ex-Tagesschau spokesman Jan Hofer talked about the story – and revealed that the fee per moderated program at the time was around 275 euros. That doesn’t sound like much at first, but the Tagesthemen speakers usually moderate several editions per day. The magazine “Focus” calculated a monthly salary of between 8,000 and 10,000 euros for seven to eight programs per day. How much Ingo Zamperoni really has in the bank will probably remain his secret – even if the fans would like to know it. ■
