A year and a half after the accident, the victims are still suffering
Yuksel Yakut, one of the victims of the accident caused by Pierre Palmade, spoke in Seven to Eighton TF1, on November 10. He revealed that his son, who was only 6 years old at the time of the incident, “nI'm not doing well at all”. The little boy has physical and psychological after-effects. He “doesn't want to go outside anymore”. The father explained: “Because of the scars on his head, he is in constant pain. It cannot tolerate the sun or the cold.” In addition, he has difficulty eating. The little boy repeated his CE1 and his father said: “The teachers explained to me that he has panic attacks and can't concentrate.”
For his part, Yuksel Yakut is in a lot of pain and admitted that his whole body hurts. “I have such intense pain that I'm exhausted and feel like my brain is going to explode.”, he confided. Making simple everyday tasks difficult, like washing or walking,”I need to ask my loved ones for help”, he added.
