Today, Tuesday, during an official session, seven new judges were installed at the Court of First Instance in Tiznit.
During this session, which was chaired by the President of the Court of First Instance, Youssef Morsli, in the presence of the Crown Prosecutor, Younis Al-Hayyan, the decisions to appoint new judges to the judiciary (five judges and two deputy Crown Prosecutors) were read out.
In a speech on the occasion, the President of the Court stressed that these new appointments come in the context of compensating for the shortcomings in this institution after the referral of a number of judges to retirement and the transfer of others to other courts, in order to ensure the continuity of the judicial facility and strengthen it with young judicial talent to achieve judicial efficiency and bring the judiciary closer to the citizens. .
He also called on the new judges to bring in the spirit of work and dedication in providing a judicial product at the required level, framed by judicial norms and ethics, in a way that helps strengthen the litigants’ confidence in the justice facility and ensure that everyone lives up to the responsibility and trust of the Supreme Council.
The inauguration ceremony of the new judges was attended, in particular, by the first president of the Agadir Court of Appeal, the Attorney General of the Agadir Court of Appeal, judicial officials and lawyers.
