Michel Drucker understands this well, and it is therefore quite natural that he is preparing a special broadcast. “It will be broadcast at Christmas with Michael Jones. He will be accompanied by the musicians of Jean-Jacques Goldman,” he told Leisure the host, who is back in a 27e season of the unbeatable show Looking forward to Sunday after health problems.

The only person missing will therefore be the main person concerned, who seems to prefer to come forward occasionally with his fans or for projects that are close to his heart. “Jean-Jacques remains faithful to his choice of discretion,” confirms the former sports commentator.

Daniel Balavoine, Patrick Sébastien and Lino Ventura also in the pipeline

Michel Drucker does not intend to stop there. On December 29, his Sunday show will be dedicated to Patrick Sébastien. “We devote a whole Looking forward to Sunday because he left his mark on television. He is a great creator. I am very happy that he accepted,” he added.

To open the new year, the 82-year-old presenter is “preparing a Daniel Balavoine special for the premiere, on January 5, with notably Louis Chedid, who was his great friend, and Liane Foly, who sang Balavoine (on the album Acoustic)”. Another program will then be devoted to a timeless figure of cinema this time, “Lino Ventura with Claude Lelouch and Françoise Fabian, who filmed Happy New Year with him.” It will then be the lyrical scene with Roberto Alagna who will take his place on the famous Sunday red sofa, before the popular cinema of Dany Boon.

Michel Drucker can congratulate himself on the winning return of Looking forward to Sundaywhich brings together “between 750,000 and 1 million spectators every week”.
