For the occasion, the daughters of Gérard Depardieu and Patrick Dewaere gave an interview to Le Parisien concerning their patriarchs. “I love the idea of ​​this crossover, because it's energizing, and I find it funny that the Depardieu and Dewaere find themselves on a project”says Lola Dewaere, laughing. Indeed, the two monsters of French cinema found themselves on a film set twice, to The Valseuses (1974) et Prepare your tissues (1978). “I was born during the filming of Waltzes!”says Philippe's partner Katerine with great enthusiasm.

However, the two actresses had never met before filming the series The lake killer in 2017. What is the reason for this? “Our fathers were not friends, they did not spend their holidays together. Justice will not yet be done. While the trial for sexual assault of Gérard Depardieu opened this Monday, October 28 at the criminal court, the actor Last metro was not present for medical reasons. An absence reported the same day by his lawyer Me Assous to the AFP, who indicates that his client is “extremely affected” by the affair and his doctors would have “forbidden to appear” in court. His lawyer therefore requested a postponement of the hearing to a later date so that he could attend.
