Kanye West accused of assault at Diddy party

A former assistant to Kanye West claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband. The facts allegedly took place during a studio party co-organized by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

After the “Diddy” affair and the many stars who could be involved in his “freak-off” evenings, it is Kanye West’s turn to be caught in the fire of the controversy. Again.

His ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, came out of silence again, and made serious accusations against Ye, for whom she worked from 2021 to 2022.

As a reminder, when her employment contract was terminated, she sued the rapper for unfair dismissal. According to her initial comments, Kanye not only subjected her to intense stress by calling her insistently, but he also sent her pornographic videos. That was in 2022.

But now the complaint has been amended. In this one, consulted by the media PeopleLauren Pisciotta now accuses her ex-employer of sexual assault.

The facts according to the complainant

According to Lauren’s allegations, the incident took place just before she officially started working for Ye. During a studio session in Santa Monica co-organized by Sean “Diddy” Combs, the young woman allegedly accepted a drink which was distributed to the evening’s participants. The latter would have been given an ultimatum: everyone had to drink it if they wanted to stay.

According to the complaint, the liquid was “mixed with an unidentifiable drug.” When consuming it, Pisciotta explains that she felt “disoriented” after “a few small sips”. The young woman would have quickly found herself “less in control of her body and her speech”, before the memories of that night “escaped” her completely.

Pisciotta reportedly woke up the next day “physically ill and confused”, and felt “immensely embarrassed” at not being able to remember what happened after drinking.

It wouldn’t be until much later — after West hired Pisciotta to serve as his assistant — that the rapper first spoke about the night in question. During a conversation, the interpreter of Carnival allegedly bragged to Pisciotta that he “almost slept with her,” referring to the evening at the Santa Monica studio.

Still according to the file, the assistant responded to West that she had no memory of this studio session. The rapper reportedly laughed in response, assuring that “women like to say they don’t remember.”

When she realized what had happened to her, Pisciotta reportedly felt “overwhelmed with immense shame, discomfort and utter disgust,” the filing continues.

However, the assault complaint does not target Sean “Diddy” Combs, specifies People. It’s only Kanye who is in the viewfinder.

Lauren reports another alleged assault, in July 2021, during an “album workshop” at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco. Ye allegedly knocked aggressively on his hotel room, claiming to need to use his shower because his was broken. According to the complainant, at one point, Ye dropped his towel and tried to rub “his naked body and his penis” against the young woman’s face. While she would have ordered him to stop several times, the rapper would have stammered a “sorry” before hastily leaving the room.

Complaints and espionage

Kanye West will have to answer these charges in court.

As a reminder, he is also the subject of a separate lawsuit filed in April 2024 by a former employee who claims to have suffered “severe discrimination [et] harassment” while working for Yeezy and at his school Donda Academy.

Finally, last week, a former staff member also filed a lawsuit alleging “emotional distress, retaliation and labor code violations.”

The latter, a veteran named John Doe and based in Michigan, assures that Kanye West would have hired him to investigate the family of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, and to “follow” Bianca Censori, his current wife, from whom he just broke up.

Once again, the facts seem very murky. He was looking into the Kardashian family for “various alleged criminal links (…) with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking,” relays the media Peoplewho also viewed this complaint.

But Doe assures that his ex-employer began exhibiting erratic behavior in 2024 when he began consuming “nitrous oxide.” Ye reportedly found it increasingly difficult to pay his employees, and for this reason fired a large part of Yeezy’s management. Doe is seeking more than seven figures in punitive and compensatory damages, including unpaid wages.

Bianca Censori and Julia Fox

Lauren Pisciotta’s complaint doesn’t stop there. In this, as reported among others by New York Postwe learn that Kanye was obsessed with the idea of ​​having sex with Bianca Censori’s mother. All this while Bianca watched.

Ye’s ex-assistant assures that the latter showed him text messages between him and Censori, which exposed this fantasy. The exchange dates from September 28, 2022, when the mother, named Alexandra Censori, traveled from Australia to Los Angeles to visit the couple. Ye also reportedly shared a screenshot of Bianca’s response: “she’s married.”

Another ex of Kanye’s added shady colors to the picture, testifying in an interview with Times, and published this Saturday. In it, she says she “regrets” having gone out with the rapper, who would have “used her as a pawn”.
