Monaco temporarily takes the lead after its victory in

The Monegasques beat the Rennais (1-2) this Saturday for the 7th day of the championship. They temporarily go first ahead of PSG.

Monaco temporarily took the lead in Ligue 1 by beating (2-1) on Saturday evening before PSG’s trip to on Sunday, while overthrew (2-1) after their European exploit against Real Madrid. Facing Rennes (10th, 7 pts), which continues to get stuck in the crisis following the arrival of President Arnaud Pouille, the Rocher players suffered but united.

They held the score despite a magnificent goal from Rennais Ludovic Blas (1-1, 11th) and several big chances from the Bretons (45+6, 49th, 58th, 89th).
