Marie-Pierre de Plomodiern: “It’s a general fed up, a disgust. It’s incomprehensible. My vote is not respected! Not just mine, the vote of the French… Does it no longer mean anything to go and vote?”

Thierry came with his college children : “We must continue to say without violence that we do not agree. Afterwards, the government, I don’t know, Mr. Barnier has not yet made his speech. I heard what said Mr. Retailleau. That’s already interesting and it shows us the light towards which we are going. A fairly opaque light. There are people who turn off the street lights of the Republic. We will make sure to turn them back on.”

Emilie and Hélène, teachers in Douarnenez: “We are here for our students, for the parents of students. To also show the government that we are fed up with this contempt and this way of not hearing our words. Every year, we feel the deterioration of our conditions work when we are in our classes with AESH, teachers who are not replaced, students with disabilities who suffer because the conditions are not met for the work to be done in good conditions… We speak as teachers, but we also go to the public hospital. We see clearly. all civil servants who lack resourcesall the staff who are suffering.”

Laura, student: “It’s been a very short time since we’ve been able to vote, and the fact that, even if we can vote, we tell ourselves that we have an importance. And finally, we see that we are not respectedthat we are not taken into account. So, we are here precisely to make our voice heard and to say that we too exist. We too have things to think about because ultimately the future is us, not them. Whatever they choose today, it’s us who will have everything on our backs. We must listen to us, we must listen to the people, we must listen to those who ultimately elect the president. Because if he is there, it is because we voted for him. Besides, the majority did not vote for him given that there was a huge abstention rate during these elections.”
