The conspiracey theorists will be out in force after a call in the second quarter of the Buffalo Bills-Kansas City Chiefs AFC Championship Game.

Xavier Worthy was given credit for a 26-yard reception on the play.

Sean McDermott challenged the call but the reception stood.

Did the Chiefs’ rookie wideout catch the pass from Patrick Mahomes? The officials and replay booth ruled there wasn’t enough to overturn the call.

The Chiefs had first-and-goal after the play. They would have had a first down anyway but a holding call would have had it further away from the goal line.

The Chiefs capatalized as Mahomes rolled out to the right and into the end zone for a 21-10 lead after the PAT.
