A very “cash” question. To promote her book “The Shadow of a Traitor”, Nathalie Saint-Cricq was the guest of the show “On refait la télé”, Saturday January 25, on RTL. “You dared to reveal your salary”
During the exchange, host Éric Dussart asked the journalist: “Last year, you dared to reveal your salary in “Libération”. It was €5,789 net, including the thirteenth month, but without copyright. Is it still the same amount already?”. She explained: “So I said thirteen months included, but that's not clear. That’s over 12 months!”.
At the RTL microphone, Nathalie Saint-Cricq was questioned about the reasons why she “felt this need to say it”. She thus stated: “No but wait, I didn't feel it. This was asked to me beforehand and I don't see why, I would have said: “Ah no no, I won't give that to you”. It feeds fantasies. We can consider that this is too much. I still have the impression that when I see what is happening in the private sector, it is not excessive”.

To follow up on these comments, radio presenter Eric Dussart said: “You would obviously have more in the private sector?”. To which the one who headed the political service of France 2 did not fail to respond: “Oh well obviously. I would like to point out that my son already earns much more than me”. With humor, Nathalie Saint-Cricq said in relation to Benjamin Duhamel: “Well it doesn't matter. He will pay for the nursing home for me, a great nursing home!”. Before readily specifying his notoriety: “It's true that we have enormous advantages… It's true that in the hospital for example, sometimes, it happened to me not to pass people but that they took care of me more quickly”.
