OM fell into the gym trap. Much more solid tactically, Nice beat Marseille on Sunday at home at the end of the 19th day of Ligue 1 (2-0). Evann Guessand bore the Aiglons at the start of each period with a goal (7th) then a decisive pass for Mohamed-Ali Cho (51st). Franck Haise’s players seize 4th place. Those of Roberto de Zerbi stay 2nd but clearly slow down.
Eager to bounce back after poor performance, the two teams entered the meeting with their respective 3-4-3. The Nice Defense resisted the Marseille pressing, that of OM quickly fell for the French Riviera pressure. Lilian Brassier lost a boiling ball at the central round and left Guessand to spin in the axis to adjust Geronimo Rulli with a dive (1-0, 7th). The Ivorian striker, tracked by OM, signed his 9th goal of the season in L1.

-Fragile Marseille, quiet nice
The Olympians wanted to react but remained poorly inspired or clumsy in the last gesture and Marcin Bulka did not frankly trembled on the strikes of Mason Greenwood or Adrien Rabiot (15th, 18th). Rulli, he shuddled more and had to go out in the middle of his camp to tackle in front of Guessand (21st).
