Eintracht Frankfurt signs Elye Wahi from Olympique de Marseille

Now the Frenchman is heading abroad for the first time in his career, to Eintracht Frankfurt, where he will meet, among others, his compatriot Hugo Ekitiké in attack. Elye Wahi receives jersey number 17 for the Hessian Bundesliga club.

The French striker does not lack international experience. During his time at RC Lens, he played a total of eight games in the UEFA Champions League and Europa League, in which he scored three goals, and he went through all of his home country’s youth teams from the U16 level onwards. In March 2024 he made his debut in France’s U23 national team under coach Thierry Henry.
