Feyenoord coach Brian Priske makes two changes to his line-up compared to the away match against Willem II last Saturday. In the home match against Bayern Munich on Wednesday evening in De Kuip, the Danish coach will not have Givairo Read, who is not eligible to play, and Ramiz Zerrouki, who remains sidelined injured. Bart Nieuwkoop and Dávid Hancko are expected to be their replacements.

Priske has been struggling with persistent personnel problems within his squad this season, and the situation has not improved in the run-up to the crucial Champions League match. Important players such as In-beom Hwang and Quinten Timber, who have been missing since the winter break, are again unavailable against the German record champions. Gjivai Zekiel and Zerrouki also have to miss the duel. Zerrouki, who had a starting place against Willem II last Saturday, is injured according to Priske and, like Zechiël, cannot be used in what is the seventh Champions League match for Feyenoord.

Many thought in advance that Hugo Bueno would play, but Priske opted for Gijs Smal.

Feyenoord line-up: Bijlow; Beelen, Trauner, Hancko; Nieuwkoop, Beelen, Stengs, Milambo; Hajj Moussa, Giménez, Paixão.
