A birthday celebrated by viewers. TF1 celebrated its 50th anniversary this Tuesday evening with a new documentary presented by Isabelle Ithurburu and Gilles Bouleau. On the menu of the program entitled “TF1, 50 years together”, archives and unforgettable sequences but also rarer images broadcast on the front page over the last five decades. 3,89 millions of viewers vibrated in front of this souvenir album, which corresponds to 20,5% of the public present in front of their television. On the FRDA-50 target, the audience share climbs to 27,5%. The second part of the program, broadcast from 10:33 p.m. to 12:11 a.m., retained the attention of 2,75 millions of viewers either 26,5% of the public and 35,2% FRDA-50s. Last week, “Le grand concours” special “Pieces jaunes” entertained 2.77 million viewers, or 14.5% of the public and 23.9% of the FRDA-50. TF1 then came in 2nd position, behind a France 3 crime TV film in rebroadcast.
Stéphane Bern solid 2nd with “Bellefond” on France 3
Despite the “mockery”, the public remains loyal to Antoine Bellefond, the character played by Stéphane Bern in the eponymous series. A fourth episode which allowed France 3 to come in second position in the audiences this Tuesday, January 21, 2025. The investigation carried out by the lawyer in the heart of the Sainte-Baume natural park, between Bouches-du-Rhône and the Var, intrigued 3,24 millions of viewers. This is equivalent to 17,3% of the public and 3,2% of women responsible for purchasing aged under 50 (FRDA-50), a non-priority target for the Three. The last new episode of the fiction, broadcast last September, attracted 3.34 million viewers, which represented 17.9% audience share of the entire public aged four and over (4+) and 4.1% on the FRDA-50.
France 2, for its part, offered a continuous evening presented by Carole Gaessler, starting with a documentary narrated by Caroline Darian, Gisèle Pélicot's daughter, and entitled “Chemical submission: so that shame changes sides”. This film, co-written by Andrea Rawlins-Gaston and Linda Bendali, also director, “takes the Pelicot trial as a common thread, but is also interested in other victims. “The Island” on hold on M6
M6 does not take off with “The Island”. The third evening of season 5 of his survival show only comes in 4th position. The first part of the program presented by Loury Lag captivated only 1.02 million viewers, which is equivalent to 5,2% individuals aged 4 and over. On the FRDA-50 target, the audience share reached 11,3%. For its part, the second part of this edition entitled “L'île du bagne” retained the attention of 793.000 viewers, or 5,0% ages 4 and up and 10,4% FRDA-50s. Last week, P1 attracted 1.12 million viewers (5.7% of 4+ and 12.8% of FRDA-50), while the second attracted 994,000 (6.1% of 4 and over). and 14.7% of FRDA-50).

The first match of the second phase of the competition, which saw the French win against the Hungarians 37-30, united 415.000 passionate, or 2,2% of the public and 2,2% FRDA-50s.
