WASHINGTON (TNND) — On the eve of President-elect Donald Trump’s second inauguration, he is spending the day in the nation’s capital.

Earlier in the day, Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance visited Arlington National Cemetery for a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

The 47th president is slated to hold a rally at Capital One Arena to address attendees at his first speech in Washington since his speech on Jan. 6, 2021, at the Ellipse.

Earlier in the day, Trump posted to Truth Social about signing an executive order once inaugurated on Monday to postpone the law that caused TikTok to shut down Saturday evening.

Trump has made it clear that he wants TikTok to be available to Americans, especially during his inauguration.

“January 20th cannot come fast enough!” Trump also posted this week on Truth Social. “Everybody, even those that initially opposed a Victory by President Donald J. Trump and the Trump Administration, just want it to happen.”

The expected cold weather has caused Trump’s inauguration ceremony to move inside the Capitol Rotunda on Monday afternoon.
