The members of the Charnècles/Saint-Cassien voluntary gymnastics association met this Friday for a first festive event of the year 2025. Sylvie Richard, the president, opened the evening, inviting, after the wishes, “to remain positive and kind towards yourself: take the time to have fun, to cultivate yourself, to practice a physical activity that brings joy and balance”.
