The magistrate also asked the officials of the departmental security of the judicial police of Mâcon to work within the framework of an flagrant investigation, “without opening any judicial investigation for the moment”. The prosecutor thus opened investigations for the following charges: damage, destruction of property by fire or incendiary devices, criminal association with a view to committing this crime, violence with weapons against agents holding public authority, participation in gatherings with weapons.
The magistrate also indicated that significant resources are being mobilized for these investigations. For information, a local delinquency treatment group (GLTD) had been set up by the prosecutor in order to respond to the environment, particularly linked to drug trafficking.
