Kriechmayr falls on the Lauberhorn descent! – sport24.at

Kriechmayr has fallen! On a curve, the ÖSV runner was pushed to his knees. This caused him to lose traction and fall back first into the fence. At least the 33-year-old got up again – even if he had problems. He probably injured his knee.

Kriechmayr slipped down on a ski. However, he was only able to leave the finish area with support and limping. The right knee took some damage.

Now there is great concern about the best downhill skier in the country. Vinc had to receive medical treatment off the track. It is not yet known whether and how seriously he was injured in the crash.

Kriechmayr was flown by helicopter to a hospital in Austria for treatment.
