The famous Italian transfer journalist, Fabricio Romano, said that the Egyptian Omar Marmoush, the German Eintracht Frankfurt striker, has moved to the English ranks of Manchester City.

International press reports confirmed the existence of negotiations between the two clubs regarding the transfer of the Egyptian international player to the English Premier League champions in the last 4 seasons, Manchester City.

Romano explained through his official account on the “X” social media platform that a 5-year contract had been agreed upon, indicating that Marmoush had a great desire to move to the English team coached by the Spanish Pep Guardiola.

Marmoush will join Manchester City, along with other deals scheduled to be officially announced in the coming period, as British media confirmed that Guardiola’s team has completed an agreement with French club to include its Uzbek defender Abdulkader Khosanov, in addition to the Brazilian Palmeiras midfielder, Vito Reyes.

Manchester City occupies sixth place in the English Premier League standings with 35 points.

If the deal is finalized, Marmoush will become the ninth Arab player to join the Citizens, throughout history.

Marmoush, who is second in the German League’s top scorers list with 14 goals, will find in front of him a list that includes 8 players who have previously worn the City shirt, and these players are:
