[北京 17日 ロイター] – According to data released by China’s National Bureau of Statistics on the 17th, new home prices in December last year were flat compared to the previous month. This comes after the government launched a stimulus package to support the real estate sector, which continues to be in a slump.

New home prices were flat in December for the first time since June 2023, according to Reuters calculations based on National Statistics Office data. It had fallen 0.1% in November.

Compared to the previous year, it was down 5.3%. In November, it was down 5.7%.
