Yoon Suk-yeol was arrested this Wednesday, January 15 morning after an exceptional police operation. He must now answer questions from investigators after his attempted military coup launched in December. Deposed on December 14, the former South Korean president had been holed up in his residence for two weeks. The arrest of the leader thus puts an end to more than a month of political crisis in the country after the latter attempted to impose martial law.
