Météo-France has placed five departments on yellow “snow-ice” vigilance for the day of Sunday January 12.
You will have to be careful on the roads this weekend. Due to winter weather conditions, five departments were placed on yellow “snow-ice” vigilance by Météo-France this Sunday.
The departments concerned by this vigilance are Aisne, Nord, Oise, Pas-de-Calais and Somme. In the event of a yellow alert, it is recommended to exercise caution and monitor changes in weather conditions.
Note that eight other departments are placed on yellow alert for the extreme cold for the entire day this Sunday, with temperatures which could reach up to -7°C in certain places.
This Sunday should be turbulent throughout the territory, with 9 departments on yellow alert concerned for “violent winds” and 10 for avalanche risks.
