Day 2 of the 2025 Australian Open features a star-studded lineup with Jannik Sinner, Novak Djokovic, and Carlos Alcaraz headlining the action at Melbourne Park on Monday.

Defending champion and No. 1 player in the PIF ATP Rankings Sinner opens his title defence against Nicolas Jarry in the second day-session match on Rod Laver Arena. The pair’s Lexus ATP Head2Head Series is tied at 1-1.

Djokovic will commence the night session on Rod Laver Arena. The Serb, who is chasing a record-extending 25th major, faces American wild card Nishesh Basavareddy in the first round.

Alcaraz kickstarts the night session on Margaret Court Arena. The third seed will open his Australian Open campaign against Alexander Shevchenko. The Spaniard leads 1-0 in their Lexus ATP Head2Head series.
