Re-Welfare Party (YRP) Edirne Provincial Chairman Hakan Çalışkan stated that they distributed 600 pieces of lokma to the people of Edirne in front of Üç Şerefeli Mosque on the occasion of Regaip Kandili, and wished that this holy night would be beneficial for the Islamic world and humanity.

Stating that the event was organized to draw attention to the meaning and importance of this holy day, which symbolizes the beginning of three months, Re-Welfare Party Edirne Provincial Chairman Hakan Çalışkan said, “As Re-Welfare Party Edirne Provincial Directorate, we are distributing 600 lokma to our people on the occasion of Regaip Kandili, the herald of the month of Ramadan, which symbolizes the beginning of three months. “We hope that the holy Regaip Kandili, in which the doors of mercy and abundance are opened, will bring goodness to our nation, the Islamic World and all humanity,” he said.
Citizens who came to distribute the donuts stated that they were pleased with the donuts offered by the Welfare Party and that such meaningful events strengthen their moral values and thanked the Edirne Provincial Directorate of the Welfare Party for organizing the event.
