ARTICLE 1: Landing on roofs authorized
Father and Mother Christmas, the elves and his team are authorized to fly over the juices, the town and villages of Yssingeaux, while respecting the speed limits, from December 24, 6 p.m., until December 25, 23 h 59. They are authorized to land on roofs, in streets, parks and gardens and in squares, in order to facilitate the unloading and delivery of gifts.
