Grayness and great softness
Anticyclonic conditions synonymous with calm but very gray weather concern us for New Year's Eve and Christmas Day.
Apart from a few possible gaps located in the south of the region, low clouds predominate Tuesday morning with a risk of mists and fogs. Drizzling is possible in places.
The gray, sometimes foggy weather persists in the afternoon. The wind becomes very weak.
The atmosphere is more autumnal than wintery. Temperatures are rising. Tuesday morning we forecast 10 to 12°C at dawn then 12 to 14°C in the afternoon with 12°C in Fougères, Saint-Malo or Lannion, 13°C in St Brieuc and Pontivy, 14°C at Rennes, Lorient, Redon, Vannes, Saint-Nazaire and Nantes).

Christmas night takes place under the gray, coupled with mists and mists. Drizzles may also occur. Around midnight, it is 9 to 12°C.
On Wednesday, the weather is calm but gray prevails again with a risk of numerous banks of morning fog. A few small gaps may appear in places in the afternoon (random situation). The sun should make a few appearances from the east from Thursday afternoon.
On Friday, clearings prevailed over the region but the gray weather proved tenacious in Finistère and the surroundings of La Manche. Temperatures are falling, cool but not excessively so.
Low clouds are expected to be invasive again this weekend.
