From the first minutes, Furiani's Lions dominated the match. The first opportunity for Joséphin came from Elismar in the 5th minute, who missed his shot. In the 15th minute, Emmanuel Vermignon, the Josephine goalkeeper, made a good two-step save which defeated the Tramoni attacker.
The Josephine defense cracked after 24 minutes, allowing the Corsican team to open the scoring. The first goal is scored by Ariss. Barely a few seconds later, Corsican Rodrigues scored a second goal.
In the 30th minute, it's another goal for the Corsican camp. It is signed Dominique Guidi, who found himself all alone in defense. Before ending the first period, the Joséphins conceded a 4th goal scored by left winger Boutrah.
After the hour mark, the first changes took place. In the 75th minute, Félix Tomi, barely inside, pierced the Josephine nets.
The second half takes place almost half the field, but the Martinicans do not give up. The RC Saint-Joseph players were not unworthy.
