Moroccan Football celebrates a new milestone tonight with the inclusion of Achraf Hakimi and Sofyan Amrabat in the prestigious Africa 2024 Ideal XI.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced the continent’s dream lineup, recognizing the exceptional talent and outstanding performances of both players throughout the year.
Africa’s 2024 Ideal XI presents a formidable combination of talent and experience. The goal is guarded by Cameroonian André Onana. The defense is made up of Achraf Hakimi, the Senegalese Kalidou Koulibaly and the Congolese Chancel Mbemba. In midfield, Sofyan Amrabat shares the midfield with the Malian Yves Bissouma, the Ivorian Franck Kessié and the Ghanaian Mohammed Kudus. The offensive trident is led by the Egyptian Mohamed Salah, accompanied by the Nigerians Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman.
Hakimi, right back for Paris Saint-Germain and captain of the Moroccan national team, continues to achieve success after being nominated for the African Ballon d’Or. Fenerbahçe turbo midfielder Amrabat has also earned a place in the star lineup.
