Almost 104 years for the Large Families card. This sesame, which currently concerns 1.7 million households in France, will be easier to obtain from next year. From January 2025, it will be possible to link your request to your CAF account. Families will thus be able, shortly, to recover their administrative data “thanks to the “tell us once” system when submitting a file on http://www.carte-familles-nombreuses.gouv.fr”, indicates the National Union of Family Associations (Unaf) in a press release.

The time limit for submitting a request for purchasing power assistance for families with at least three children will be greatly reduced. “Instead of the 20 minutes required today, only five to 10 minutes will be needed”says Jacques Velot, transport and mobility director at IN Groupe, in the columns of Le Parisien reported by TF1 Info.

1,300,000 cards in two years

Now available in digital version, the Large Families card is more easily accessible, particularly on mobile phones. Result: families are demanding it en masse, more than 1,300,000 cards have been issued to 277,000 families in two years. This success should not weaken, particularly with the expansion of the partnership offering.

“The new partners are as diverse as Les Comptoirs de la Bio, Bborn, Théâtre Mogador or Interhome”says Unaf. From now on, card beneficiaries can benefit from reduced rates from 106 brands, in nearly 56,000 points of sale throughout France.
