Toy collection

Ask for your poster in the auditorium
The official 2024-25 poster can be requested at the Reale Arena between Sunday and Wednesday, both inclusive. A poster of the male and another of the female will be given to anyone who is a member, shareholder or RS Fan. Tomorrow it can be picked up in the auditorium, next to door 2B attached to the office.

Traffic and pedestrian flows
Due to the work, we also recommend that fans of the East and Zabaleta Grandstands who come on foot go out and surround the field on the west side, so as to avoid the corridor generated by the work in the northeast area.
Vehicles with accreditation to access the Reale Arena ring must enter via Paseo Errondo. The exit can be made from both sides of the ring.
Urban buses in post game
At the end of the meeting, for security reasons, as the traffic spaces are limited due to the works, we were informed that Plaza Aita Donostia will remain closed to traffic for 15 minutes. City bus users are asked to be patient.
Buses from the province
Following the instructions of the authorities, the organized buses that bring our members and fans from different parts of the province will park in the Illumbe parking lot.
Doors opening, from one hour before
The doors of the Reale Arena will open at 5:30 p.m. It can be accessed with a physical membership card, digital membership card (integrated into the Realzale App) or a match ticket. Ticket sales have been exclusively allocated to our members and RS Fans.

Member Services Office
The ticket offices located next to the Reale Arena member service office, located next to the Atano III fronton, will be operational from 4:30 p.m. both for the sale of tickets and to resolve any incident related to the match.
Card transfers
Remember that, if you cannot attend, you can give your membership card to the club, to a person (family member, friend, whoever you want). For access control and security reasons, you must complete the process before 3:30 p.m.
Shop and service in bars
The Reale Arena store will be from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. In addition to the new 24-25 collection, as well as other news. On the other hand, the stadium bars will be open from 5:30 p.m.
Parking de bicis
The bicycle and scooter parking, located at the Amara Berri school and sponsored by IBK Bike, will be open from 5:30 p.m. until half an hour after the match ends.
