This Friday, December 13, TF1 has shaken up its programming somewhat to be able to offer the broadcast of Miss France tomorrow evening. It is therefore the Star Academy that viewers will find this evening. The competition is increasingly fierce between the candidates still in the running, two months after their arrival at the castle. Last week, it was Maureen who left the adventure and this week the nominated candidates are Maïa, Marguerite, Marine, and Ulysses. The academicians will have the pleasure The academicians did not have time to rest on their laurels after the elimination of Maureen, since the evaluations took place on Monday. It is ultimately Maïa, Marguerite, Marine, and Ulysses who have been named and will have to defend their place at all costs. This evening promises to be memorable since the candidates will have the chance to share the stage with Kendji Girac, Kad Merad, Claudio Capéo, Khatia Buniatishvili but also Gims.

He will sing his title Spider with Ebony et Don't be shy with Franck and Charles. Then, the highlight of the show, he will share a beautiful musical moment with Claudio Capéo. The singer responded to TF1's call despite a busy schedule. Indeed, the artist who has lived in Morocco for at least 10 years is working on a major real estate project. Our colleagues at Forbes magazine revealed that Gims launches as a developer in a luxury real estate program with homes that will be sold for between 500,000 and 1 million euros. This project called “Sunset Village Private Residences” should be located just a few kilometers from Marrakech and include 118 high-end villas. They should be delivered from 2026, and will each be 470 m². In addition to this large surface area, each villa will be accompanied by land of 400 m² to 1200 m².

Gims becomes a master in real estate investment

Our colleagues from Figaro real estate specify that“In view of the images of the project, we notice that the villas should adopt a chic minimalist style and above all that there will be an artificial lagoon of 3000 m², rather than a collective swimming pool, giving the impression of being on the beach”. Also, each home will have its private swimming pool and will consist of 4 bedrooms. Finally, each villa will have its roof terrace which overlooks the Atlas. This is obviously not the first time that Gims has invested in Morocco since he already owns a sumptuous villa called “Time” in a nod to his wife's nickname.

He had also rented it to the production of the reality show Ten perfect couplesbroadcast on TFX. On the program? A plot of 10,000 m²1200 m² of living space, exterior of 700 m², five bedrooms, with a heated indoor swimming pool about twenty meters long with a jacuzzi at the head and another outdoor one. The villa also has a gym, a screening room to watch your favorite series, such as Game of Thrones, Gomorra, or even Narcos. Gims also wanted to build a spa there, the idea of which came to him after his numerous travels. He confided in a video where he showed his house: “I really like traveling, I really like discovering (…) I had the chance to see quite a few spas and so I said to myself that one day, I would like to have a spa at home with a mix of everything I've seen.”.
