Selena Gomez is engaged to Benny Blanco!
The Golden Globe-nominated actress revealed Wednesday that she said yes when the music producer popped the big question as she showed off the bedazzled giant rock on her finger.
“Forever begins now…” the 32-year-old said to her 422 million Instagram followers.
The post, which received over 5.5 million likes in its first two hours, featured four photos of Gomez admiring her new jewelry.
In one photo, the “Only Murders in the Building” star was captured sitting on a picnic blanket on what appears to be a sound stage with a TacoBell spread and champagne.
Blanco, 36, was caught kissing his fiancée’s forehead as she rocked a large smile and flashed her new ring in a separate photo.
The producer, whose birth name is Benjamin Joseph Levin, joined in on the celebration Wednesday night.
“Hey wait… that’s my wife,” he wrote in Gomez’s comments.
Taylor Swift celebrated her longtime friend’s engagement by giving herself a role at the couple’s future wedding.
“yes I will be the flower girl,” the pop star quipped.
Other celebrities joined in on the party, sharing their love for the couple.
“HONEY!! Congratulations sweet mama!” actress Jennifer Aniston said.
“YES!!!! Congratulations!!!! So happy for you both!!!!” said Nina Dobrev, who became engaged to US Olympian Shaun White in October.
Other accounts, including Gordon Ramsay, Gwenyth Paltrow, Cardi B and Disney’s “Wizards” Series account shared their congratulations to the couple.
Gomez shared a video to her Instagram stories where she shared the news to someone on Facetime saying “I said yes to this.”
“It’s so beautiful,” the unseen person said.
The couple has been dating for at least a year and a half, with Gomez sharing the news she and Blanco had been together for half a year last December.
Gomez’s loving post to her new fiance was a more direct approach to her and Blanco’s relationship news than she has done previously.
When there was only speculation of the two being an item back in Dec. 2023, Selena unceremoniously confirmed the rumors with a simple comment on an Instagram post.
Commenting on an Instagram post from Pop Factions speculating that the duo were an item, Gomez wrote a simple “facts” which at the time sent her fans into a frenzy.
In her appearance on “The Late Show,” Gomez was thrown off by Stephen Colbert’s blunt question on Blanco’s “intentions” with her.
“Where is this relationship going,” the late-night host casually asked Gomez, which took her by surprise.
Gomez played it off by saying she wasn’t sure and wasn’t having a great time with her then-boyfriend.
