Very variable. Less wind during the afternoon and evening.
It will be dry tonight.
After 2 o’clock tonight it will rain periodically. The wind is also picking up again with gusts of up to 50 to 60 km/h in the morning.
During the course of Saturday, a depression with a core will move from the North Sea to the south of the Netherlands. The core may then sink directly over Limburg to the south. There will hardly be any significant wind below or near that core. So it will remain quiet in the evening. At the front of it the wind may blow harder for a while, but according to the latest calculations we will not get further than 5 Beaufort in Limburg and gusts of up to 60 or perhaps 70 km/h. So far from a storm.
In the morning the temperature fluctuates around 10°C. In the second part of the day, colder air flows in and the temperature drops to about 4 degrees. From then on, the showers may be accompanied by hail. A clap of thunder cannot be ruled out either.
During the night leading up to Sunday, the temperature will remain above freezing because the wind continues to blow strongly and at the same time remain heavily cloudy.
It also remains too soft in the Ardennes for a permanent snow cover, although flakes may temporarily fall there.
