Al-Ahly club quickly opened the result of the match through its player Kahraba in the 14th minute, before Mohamed Magdy Qafsha doubled the score in the 21st minute, followed by Hussein El-Shahat announcing the third goal for his team in the 26th minute, and Kasum Kone reduced the score in the 30th minute, ending the first half with a lead. Al-Ahly won 3-1.
In the second half, Kahraba succeeded once again in increasing the score by scoring the fourth goal in the 48th minute, before Abidjan player Asali returned to reduce the score again with the second goal in the 55th minute.
Al-Ahly club is in the third group of the African Champions League, season 2024-2025, which includes Algeria’s Shabab Belouizdad, South Africa’s Orlando Pirates, and Ivorian club Abidjan.
