The León City Council continues to work on the execution of the 2024-25 Asphalting Plan, which has an investment of 2.6 million euros to renew the paving and improve more than 40 streets, moving the work this Tuesday to the pavement of the slaughterhouse roundabout to the junction with the LE-30, the Ronda Sur.
The City Council has reported, through a statement, that the work will continue until Thursday, November 28 and will entail restrictions on circulation throughout the three days.
On Tuesday and Wednesday the road will be completely closed with milling and paving work, so the Local Police proposes La Raya Street from the N-120 as an alternative route, accessing from the Oteruelo roundabout with Portugal Avenue, exclusively for access. to the Slaughterhouse facilities.
Finally, on November 28, the roundabout itself will be paved and entrance will be completely restricted throughout the day, so at certain times only pedestrian access will be allowed to the Matadero facilities. The cuts will be signposted at the entrances and will be monitored by the Local Police.
The actions include the adaptation and improvement of the interior surface of this roundabout to improve visibility by eliminating existing vegetation and replacing the perimeter curb.
