Zurich – There is a lot to experience at Zurich Airport during Advent: from the Christmas village with winter delicacies and the large “Sparkling Tree”, to gift inspiration in airport shopping, to the Zauberpark music and light Art festival in the airport park.
Every year, the Advent season immerses Zurich Airport in a festive atmosphere and visitors can look forward to a diverse Advent program. One of the highlights is the fourth edition of the magic park. The music and light art festival will once again transform the airport park into a place for concerts, light art and culinary delights from November 21st to December 8th.
Every evening, well-known musicians from home and abroad take the stage, such as Nemo, Max Giesinger, Alice Merton, Stubete Gäng and Bligg. The children’s program takes place in the early evening hours before the music acts, with performances by children’s songwriter Andrew Bond, clowns Pepe & Tommy and the magic trio Zaubersocken.
Art enthusiasts will also get their money’s worth: Fourteen new light installations by artists from all over Europe can be admired as part of the magic park along the panoramic path. Many of them invite guests to interact.
