The criminal court on Wednesday sentenced comedian Pierre Palmade to five years in prison, including two years, with a deferred committal warrant.

« You will very soon be summoned by the prosecutor (where he now resides, editor’s note) who will determine the date and the penitentiary establishment in which you will serve two years of detention. », Explained the president of the court to Pierre Palmade, found guilty of seriously injuring three members of the same family in February 2023.

The actor was finally sentenced to five years in prison, including two prison terms after being found guilty of the road accident which took place on February 10, 2023. The hearing which took place on Wednesday November 20 lasted 8 hours while the deliberations lasted 1h30.

Pierre Palmade now has 10 days to appeal. However, the sentence will not be suspended.
