Jordan Bardella was the guest of Face à BFM this Monday, November 18 on BFMTV, a program during which the president of the National Rally was questioned on international, national, economic news and that of his own party
• Mercosur: Bardella denounces “dangerous” agreement for France
Asked about the new mobilization of farmers, Jordan Bardella attacked the agreement with Mercosur, a free trade treaty about to be signed by the European Union with South American countries which he considers “dangerous “.
“If the European Union signs this agreement, Emmanuel Macron must make France respect it and in this case threaten to suspend France’s payments to the European Union budget,” said the president of the RN.
“I am against violence, against the logic of blockages,” added Jordan Bardella while blockades are taking place in many departments of the country.

A few days after the delivery of the indictment against Marine Le Pen, officials and ex-leaders of the RN in the context of the trial of parliamentary assistants in the European Parliament, Jordan Bardella recognizes that these requisitions “put one on one knee ” to the far-right party.
“The purpose of these requisitions is twofold, it is to prevent Marine Le Pen from playing politics, to deprive her of her mandates, to prevent her from being a presidential candidate and to financially kill the National Rally “, judges the president of the National Rally on BFMTV.
Jordan Bardella, then questioned about the criminal record of certain candidates of his party during the early legislative elections, however declared that “not having a conviction on your criminal record is the number one rule when you want to be a parliamentarian of the Republic”.
“This applies to everyone,” he assured, adding however that, with regard to the case of Marine Le Pen, “the appeal will not confirm (a possible conviction in first instance, Editor’s note) because it is totally innocent.”
“I want Marine Le Pen to be a candidate in the presidential election and I want her to be exonerated,” he added.
“I am not a young man in a hurry (…) I am where I need to be,” he says, when asked about his personal ambition for 2027.

“I did not produce these documents and it is not my handwriting,” assured Jordan Bardella while an investigation by the newspaper Libération published in September accused him of having helped to falsify documents to “camouflage” a fictitious job he held, in this case a position as assistant to a MEP.

“I said that there would be particular attention for around ten strategic positions of the State but these controls already exist”, clarified the president of the RN, “I will not prevent someone who is dual national to access a position in the public service or to gain employment in any manner whatsoever.”

“When I called during my campaign for an audit of state finances (…), everyone told me ‘it’s grotesque, Bardella is worthless, he wants to save time, we all have the figures'”, denounced the president of the National Rally.
“Mr Macron was the man of budgetary unreason, he did anything with the money of our compatriots,” said Jordan Bardella.

“The decision has not been made, but the government is taking the path,” declared Jordan Bardella about a possible vote by RN deputies on a motion of censure against the Michel Barnier government.
“There is no direction, the budget presented is a budget of bankruptcy, of punishment (…) censorship is an extremely heavy decision,” continued the president of the RN.
