Due to the depression… 3 phenomena affecting Cairo and Giza today

The rainy depression extended from the upper layers of the atmosphere, on the northern coasts of the country, and the Delta governorates, all the way to the canal cities and the governorates located south of Lower Egypt, and finally Cairo and Giza, and the Meteorological Authority revealed the expected weather condition today, Monday, in the governorates of Cairo and Giza.

The weather of Cairo and Giza will be affected by the depression

Dr. Manar Ghanem, a member of the media center at the Meteorological Authority, confirmed that the weather of Cairo and Giza will be affected by the depression, but it will not be rainy during the next 48 hours. Rather, it will result in only 3 weather phenomena, among which there will be no rain, which are: –

– Active northeasterly and sometimes westerly winds, with speeds ranging between 28 and 30 kilometers per hour.

– A slight decrease in the maximum and minimum temperature values, as it will be recorded tomorrow morning in Cairo and Giza at 23 degrees Celsius, due to the effect of the low air pressure. Therefore, cold weather prevails during the daylight hours, cold in the early evening hours, and very cold during the late night periods until the early morning. Especially in new and desert cities.

Low and medium clouds have increased since the early morning hours. These clouds block the sun's rays for most of the day, which increases the feeling of low temperature and cold weather.

– Greater Cairo: Greater 23, Minor 16

– Lower Egypt: Greater 23, Lesser: 16

– Northern coasts: Greater 21, Lesser 14

– South Sinai and the Red Sea ranges: Greater 27, Lesser 19.
