The return of bad weather.
Atlantic depressions will return to France next week. And, with them, rain, strong winds and even snow, at low altitude for certain territories, according to La Chaîne Météo.
The depression will arrive from the northwest before strong winds which will blow across the Channel. The bad weather will spread to the northern half of the country on Tuesday, with heavy rain expected from the center-west to the north-east. In the East, snow should fall on all terrain, even at lower altitudes. Temperatures will also drop. If bad weather reaches the southern half, only the Mediterranean will be spared. Of the gusts possibly greater than 80 km/h are still possible.
Thursday, the hardest day
Wednesday will mark a day of calm. But the day of THURSDAY promises to be the toughest of the week. Intense rains will sweep the northern half and snow will be abundant at low altitude in the Northeast. In the South, the winds will increase in intensity. On the temperature side, values included between 0 and 5°C are expected. This is well below the seasonal averages which are between 7 and 9°C.
For Friday, the atmosphere promises to be calmer but temperatures will be wintery everywhere, except in the southern third.
