The official lineups for the match for the 5th day of the CAN 2025 qualifiers between Ethiopia and Tanzania are available.
Ethiopia and Tanzania face each other this afternoon in a decisive match, but will have to do without key players in their tactical set-up.
Both nations hope to keep alive their dream of qualifying for CAN 2025. They will have to explain themselves this afternoon from 4:00 p.m. GMT at the Stade des Martyrs de la Pentecost in the DRC.
Ethiopia-Tanzania: executives absent in both camps
The Ethiopians, led by Gebremedhin Haile, will be without their only qualifying scorer, Kenean Markneh. Another offensive asset, Abel Yalew, is also absent. Chernet Gugsa therefore remains their only man to kill.
Opposite, midfielders Feisal Salum and Mudathiri Yahya have already scored for Tanzania in these qualifiers. They will again be in the choice of Hemed Suleiman. However, their starting goalkeeper, Ally Salim, is out.
