“Sommerhaus der Stars” candidate is in jail – now THIS is coming out

When Mike Cees was a candidate in the “Summer House of the Stars” in 2019 together with his then wife Michelle Monballijn, one headline followed another. He became an object of hatred among viewers because of various scenes in which – judging by the fans – he did not treat his wife, who was eight years his senior, well.

And even years after his stay in the “summer house of the stars”, the scandals surrounding the star have not stopped. Mike Cees, whose real name is Michael Monballijn, is currently in prison. And has now sent a message to his ex Michelle.

“Summer House of the Stars” candidate is in jail

As “Bild” recently reported, reality star Mike Cees was caught by the police in Munich at the end of October and taken to prison after they had been looking for him for some time. He is now said to be sitting behind Swedish curtains in Augsburg.

The reason is said to be a fraud scandal, which allegedly involves a fine of 4,000 euros that Cees did not pay. Now he is allegedly hoping to get 150 euros from his ex Michelle so that he can leave the prison before Christmas.

For your information: For prisoners there is the so-called “holiday grace”, as “Bild” writes, which applies to prisoners who only have to spend a few days in prison anyway and are staying there for minor crimes. If the prisoners pay the sum, they are allowed to be released shortly before Christmas. That’s apparently exactly Mike Cees’ plan, as he doesn’t want to have the money on hand while he’s in prison.

“Summer House of the Stars”: Ex doesn’t want to pay any money

If Michelle Monballijn does not pay 150 euros, there will be no early release for the “Summer House of the Stars” candidate before January 8, 2025.

However, his wife Michelle already told “Bild” that she did not want to pay the money. “I feel sorry for him, but I won’t buy him out.” It should be clear where Mike Cees will spend the holidays this year if he doesn’t find another donor.
