It was at the end of a particularly cruel scenario that young Emma (22 years old), from Lésigny in Seine-et-Marne, left the Star Academy adventure, this Friday, November 15, 2024. A departure that had the effect of a bombsince the young singer was one of the students often cited for a possible final victory. His popularity on Instagram, where she has more than 108,000 subscribers this Saturday morning, did not suggest such an outcome.
A duet with Vitaa
Despite a lack of confidence at the start of the adventure, she managed to avoid nominations, and even climbed to the top of the rankings, alongside his friend in the Masséo adventure. A distinction which allowed him to realize one of his dreams, by singing with David Guetta on the stage of the NRJ Music Awards. Another highlight, the duet she shared in prime time with her idol Vitaa.
After a disappointing evaluation, she was nominated for the first time this week, much to her surprise. Because this year, the level of the students is particularly homogeneous, and no favorite is safe.
Favorite ad from public votes, it was ultimately young Charles who was saved by the public, and Masséo who was chosen by the other academicians, after a very close vote.
We'll hold on, but it's hard

Warmly, with tears in her eyes, she declared: “ We'll hold on, but it's hard. It hurts my heart because I wanted to do the tour. It’s my Star Academy dream that’s coming to an end.”
Consoled by Nikos who replied that she could leave “with her head held high, classy and even more experienced. I am sure that producers in this profession have noticed you”, and by director Michael Goldman who praised his “incredible journey. I remember at the casting, you said 'I don't even know if I can sing. There we see you arriving on stage with Vitaa and in all the performances you do, we just see a star.”
Emma, who remains very popular despite her premature elimination, will now have to transform the test, and use this incredible experience, to realize her dreams. In any case, she will remain, one year after Axel de Saint-Mammès who reached the semi-final, as one of the most emblematic ambassadors of Seine-et-Marne at the Star Academy.
