The doctor advises Anaïs to have an operation and to consult a specialist quickly. Milan arrives. She lies to him saying that her ear problems are just stress related. He doesn't believe it but she assures that his tests are normal. Milan is angry with Sam.
Coline admits to Bérénice and Carla that she avoided her mother all weekend because she doesn't dare confront her after lying to her for so long.
Vic and Léonard are worried about Anaïs at Double A, but she refuses to let up. Teyssier learned about his discomfort. He shows up at the start of the service and orders her to leave the kitchen. She and Milan just have to focus on the menu until the end of the week.
Matteo is lost during Clotilde's class to play a prank. Malik, his partner, gets impatient and becomes aggressive. The tone rises and Clotilde intervenes to calm them down. The duo fell behind. Malik takes control and finishes the recipe almost alone.

Teyssier asks Jude to replace Anaïs at Double A. He confirms that she does not agree to give up her place but he assures that she is not capable of doing both. He appoints Vic second. Vic admits to Jude that Anaïs is worse than she says.
Clotilde is disappointed with the result of Malik and Matteo's dish. Malik assures that he took care of almost the entire dish because Matteo was not up to standard. Clotilde reproaches him for not having been able to guide him so that he progresses. She gives them 8/20 and summons Malik at the end of his class.
Coline goes to talk to her mother. She blames herself for lying to him. His mother feels responsible for his behavior because of her hatred towards Rose. She tells him that she is happy that she can make her dream come true and assures her that she will find a solution for the farm.
Anaïs has tinnitus again in the studio in front of Milan and Leonard. She assures that everything is fine. Milan wants her to go home and rest but she refuses.
In front of Clotilde, Malik accuses Matteo of having no autonomy and of being lost. The boss points out his lack of team spirit and his too much confidence in him. She asks him to give his opinion on his entry and it will be noted.
Coline and Bérénice call hotel high schools to try to find an intern to save the farm, a wasted effort.
Anaïs soon to be deaf?
Sam waits for Milan at the end of the institute. He asks for news of Anaïs and admits that he has been abusive. He apologizes and assures that he didn't want to cause problems for her. He is reassured when he learns that Anaïs did not file a complaint. Sam compliments Milan on his new life. Enzo watches them from afar.
Coline gives advice to Gaspard in the vegetable garden. He says that the market gardener who supplied the institute has just died. Coline wants to ensure that her mother wins this contract.
Enzo tells Billie and Vic that he saw Milan with Anaïs' attacker. They spoke like friends. The girls are shocked that Milan can talk to Sam after Anaïs' injury.
Malik admits to Maya that he is stuck on chef Armand's dish. He has many things to say about it but he doesn't dare for fear of pointing it out. Maya advises him not to ask too many questions and to be sincere.
Anaïs tells Jude that she is happy that he is replacing her at Double A. She talks about the progress of the menu and her complicity with Milan. She has a major tinnitus attack and is close to feeling unwell. She reveals to Jude that doctors discovered, during her examinations, that she was suffering from an illness and that she was at risk of becoming deaf.
