Jean-Marie Le Pen, 96, has been hospitalized since last weekend, BFMTV learned from reliable sources this Wednesday, November 13.
The former head of the National Front is undergoing “a series of examinations, linked to his age”, indicated those around him, who specify that there is “no particular alert” regarding the state of health of the father of Marine Le Pen.
“He is still in the hospital, nothing more, nothing less than the episodes that we have already experienced,” said his daughter on the sidelines of the trial of the RN parliamentary assistants.

Prosecuted in this same case, Jean-Marie Le Pen was “disconnected” after a medical expertise had noted “a profound deterioration” in his physical and psychological state, estimating that he was neither able nor “to be present”, nor to “prepare one's defense”.
“It is established that (Jean-Marie Le Pen) is not capable of giving consent to any act whatsoever,” Marine Le Pen indicated at the end of September, at the opening of the trial.
The latter, as well as her two sisters Marie-Caroline and Yann Le Pen, have been the beneficiaries of a “protection mandate” – a measure comparable to guardianship – since mid-February, which allows them to carry out various acts in the name of their father, alone or in concert.
