The body of a woman was found this Wednesday, November 13, 2024, in a car in Switzerland, according to a source close to the case cited by theAFP. Investigators are in the process of identifying him but the victim could have a link with the triple infanticide that occurred the day before in Taninges (Haute-Savoie).
Three children were found dead in a house in the hamlet of Taninges, in Haute-Savoie and their mother had disappeared.
The father of one of the children in the blended family made the macabre discovery of the bodies when he entered the house. The victims are two boys aged 2 and 11 and a 13-year-old girl. All had stab wounds.
The mother described as “depressed”
The mother has since been actively sought, while an investigation was opened for “intentional homicide” by the prosecution. Described as depressive by a source close to the case and cited by theAFP, the mother is the main suspect in this family drama.
Further expertise – including autopsies and hearings – is awaited to determine the circumstances of this triple murder.
