Vice President Kamala Harris’ rally in Pittsburgh has announced its new location for Monday night.The Harris-Walz campaign released a statement Sunday saying the rally will now be held near the Heinz History Center in the Strip District around 5 p.m. Monday, according to the campaign registration website map. An official building was not declared in the statement. The statement said Harris will be joined by Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, along with musical guests including Katy Perry. Harris’ rally originally was to take place at Point State Park Monday at 3 p.m. Pittsburgh Action News 4 was on the scene as crews worked to take down the preset stage Sunday night where the vice president was to address voters the following day.The reason for the move comes after Secret Service visited and declared the site to be unsafe, giving the campaign just hours notice to change locations. Vice President Kamala Harris’ rally in Pittsburgh has announced its new location for Monday night.

The Harris-Walz campaign released a statement Sunday saying the rally will now be held near the Heinz History Center in the Strip District around 5 p.m. Monday, according to the campaign registration website map.
