July 24 in Dijon (Côte-d’Or). This would be his first known attack. That day, a 42-year-old nurse was hit in the head with a stone. The victim escaped with ten days of temporary work interruption (ITT), five stitches and facial injuries. The man is on the run but the authorities have already identified him: he is the subject of an OQTF, notified in Dijon, according to the prosecution. A search warrant is issued.
October 23 in Évry-Courcouronnes (Essonne). A homeless man is found seriously injured in the head on the RER station square. Hospitalized in critical condition, he will be given 45 days of ITT. His attack was filmed by video surveillance: once again, the suspect used a concrete block to attack his sleeping victim. An investigation into attempted murder is opened and an arrest warrant issued.
October 31 in Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin). A homeless man from the city center was found with a damaged face, reports the daily Les Latest News from Alsace. Under his hat, Milan, 60, hides significant injuries: blood, bruises, a swollen face. Near his bed, a bloody paving stone was discovered. A friend alerts the emergency services. The sixty-year-old is hospitalized in intensive care. According to the Strasbourg public prosecutor's office this Wednesday, his days are no longer in danger. An investigation is open.
